While previously serving part-time in the cleaning industry, I am now venturing into full-time entrepreneurship with the aim of delivering exceptional service to our customers through top-notch cleaning services. As the former Director of Custodial Service at Salem Academy & College, I led a team of 30 Custodial, Event, and Maintenance Staff. My responsibilities included managing an annual budget of 1 million dollars and maintaining over 700,000 square feet of collegiate space, comprising dorms, offices, athletic, and event space.
