Upon graduating high school, I possessed a diverse range of entertaining skills including juggling, magic plate spinning, fire eating, unicycling, balloon twisting, stilts and face painting. Despite being drafted into the South African army, I ended up in their entertainment unit.
After fulfilling my mandatory service, I received an invitation to perform with a professional circus in Europe, which led me to travel for three years and showcase a variety of acts. Subsequently, I developed a comedic juggling performance that ultimately transported me to Las Vegas where I collaborated with an American counterpart for over a decade, conducting shows across several casinos, cruise lines and resorts. However, I realised that conducting children's birthday parties was more lucrative and enjoyable for me as it was a consistent source of work that didn't require travelling.
Previous stints at Circus Circus and Disneyland notwithstanding, I've discovered that personal functions are my preferred area of operation. In essence, I genuinely believe that my job is the world's finest!

Charlie is an outstanding fellow. We hosted a sizeable gathering with approximately 70 children and Charlie impressed us all with his exceptional interaction with them. His amusing persona drew even the grown-ups in and his repertoire of talent involved making balloon creatures, ogling the audience on stilts, as well as captivating everyone with his expertise in plate spinning. I am definitely considering hiring Charlie again and would recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone seeking enjoyable entertainment for any occasion. He has a real passion for kids and his job, putting joy on the face of everyone he meets.

The entertainment that Charlie provided at my daughter's 7th birthday party was simply amazing! Both the adults and children in attendance were kept thoroughly entertained.
