Charles Turcott's Headshot Photography

Born and raised in Alaska, Charles Turcott grew up in fishing and subsistence communities. It was in this serene, remote and stunning environment that he won his first photography accolade at the age of 14.

While perfect lighting, color, equipment, and angles are essential, they only come to life when combined with honest and powerful emotions. Thankfully, in addition to teaching the fundamental principles of taking headshots, I am known for being a friendly, encouraging and accommodating person. Once we start working together, I am committed to making it my top priority. I love cracking jokes, sharing stories about Alaska, discussing pets and interests, and even singing if requested (thanks to my mother – a music teacher, and my own stage experience). I guarantee that your session will be enjoyable! If it's not, you get your money back because if you're not having a great time, it will show in your photos.
