He promptly responded to all my inquiries and presented various alternatives for my choosing. However, on the day of my event, unforeseen circumstances arose. He was considerate enough to inform us in advance and arranged for a replacement, who happened to be Pastor Gene Reineman of Chambersburg PA. Pastor Gene was courteous and supportive, despite undergoing knee surgery only a couple of days prior to the wedding. The end result was nothing less than flawless, and we had a perfect day!
