My initial personal trainer was Patrick and he surpassed my expectations. The assessment he offered before beginning the classes enabled me to learn more about his approach. Our sessions, with a maximum of two people, were excellent due to his 10-class package. Throughout the workout, he ensured proper form while keeping it challenging. It is a fantastic advantage that he brings all the necessary equipment and comes to your location, eliminating the need to go elsewhere. Additionally, he was very flexible with our fluctuating schedules, which I greatly valued. After a few classes, I noticed a significant difference and plan on rebooking with him in the future.
