After receiving an immediate response, an estimate was presented to me. Following instructions, I submitted my signature via email and awaited a response. However, I did not receive any updates for an entire week. Finally, I decided to call and inquire about the delay. To my surprise, the owner claimed that they had not received my signed estimate. Nonetheless, they assured me that they would add me to their schedule for the day. To my relief, I arrived home to find my lawn impeccably clean. In the end, all ended well.
