Initially, everything appeared to be going well. However, the contractor began failing to appear at the job site. Instead, he sent unskilled workers who did not understand what was required of them. Despite having already paid 85% of the project cost, I was forced to terminate his services due to the unsafe and inadequate construction he had produced. Unfortunately, I did not receive a refund of any of the fees paid, and as a result, I cannot recommend his services to anyone requiring construction work. I am left with no choice but to pursue legal action against him for fraudulent conduct.

Upon receiving a price quote for two projects, I found the offer reasonable enough to hire C & H Builders. However, following their work, my two bathrooms were left non-functional with an incomplete shower in one and a mere bathtub in the other, lacking flooring and a sink cabinet. Moreover, the company failed to compensate their workforce, who moved onto other job opportunities. After paying the entire $1800 compensation awarded to me by my insurance company, I feel scammed and strongly advise against the hiring of this company. Despite offering half as payment, the builder insisted upon receiving the full amount.
