After the earlier mix-up, the representative named Christian expressed his apologies and successfully rescheduled the appointment. Christian exhibits great expertise in addressing basement moisture issues and home construction in general. Throughout the appointment, he dedicated the necessary time to thoroughly explain the required actions and answered any additional concerns we had.
