CFI was our choice for a total home renovation that included adding a second floor. The team and their subcontractors were wonderful to work with, and we are extremely satisfied with the end result. Prior to this project, we had worked with other contractors on past homes we owned. The transparency of CFI during the bidding process was unique and reassuring. For once, we never encountered unanticipated expenses without prior notification before any additional work was done, and we deeply appreciated that.
