Alex was amazing! He showed up on time, displayed professionalism and was reasonable. When I accidentally locked myself out of my house without my phone, Alex came to my rescue. He removed and replaced the deadbolt at a price that was much lower than what one of his rivals charged me. I am certainly going to seek his services again!
