I had an exceptional encounter with these experts. They arrived to fix a roofing leak, broken tiles, and perform drywall repairs. The work had been attempted by a different company before, but they did it improperly resulting in continued leaking. These professionals conducted themselves with utmost professionalism throughout the entire process. They began by presenting a detailed and comprehensive proposal, and afterwards were able to schedule the work around my availability. Their work is guaranteed for five years, which is fantastic!

I engaged Cert-A-Roof to conduct a roof inspection and procure a roof certification for a Colton-based property that I had put in escrow. Sedi, the inspector, was punctual and exhibited a high level of professionalism by presenting me with evidence of leaks and patiently explaining the problem. Sedi also went the extra mile by offering his help in addressing other issues I was facing. I received the report on the same day, but due to the presence of leaks and the need for immediate repairs, we were unable to obtain the roof certification. An update was posted on 4/15/18 regarding my previous complaint. After hearing about my concerns, the owner, Les, reached out and we extensively discussed the issue. He informed me that the estimator whom I had spoken with on the phone was fired and expressed his desire to rectify the situation. Les and his son, Paul, went out of their way to meet me at my property in Ontario at 5pm despite being based primarily in Orange County and facing over an hour and a half of traffic each way. During our meeting, Les and Paul conducted themselves professionally and provided valuable insights into the required repairs, submitting a detailed quote within 24 hours. My wife and I are currently dealing with subpar installation from a previous company and are considering giving our business to Les/Paul/Cert-A-Roof if the issue is not resolved properly. The original review, posted on 3/28/18, advised potential customers to avoid this company. Despite scheduling a roof inspection for 10am on 3/28 and receiving confirmation via email and phone, no one showed up at the appointed time. When I contacted the company, the individual who had called earlier stated that they would not be following through with the job. This unprofessional behavior wasted my wife's time, and we could have used the time more effectively if we had been made aware that the inspector would not be coming.
