We had an absolutely amazing experience with our trainer! They communicated effectively, accommodated our budget, and possessed extensive knowledge about our dog's behavior. We adopted Bubblegum from a Rescue Alliance in DC; she's a 50-pound, one to two-year-old canine who was labeled as the perfect addition to any family. Unfortunately, we noticed some concerning behaviors that were not present at the shelter. When we returned to report our findings, the staff members had no explanation for her actions. Thankfully, this training company provided us with the necessary tools to address Bubblegum's issues. The trainer identified the sources of her negative behaviors, formulated a plan, and trained us on how to execute it. They were well-informed, responsive, and offered invaluable advice.
