Century was contracted to eliminate bird nests located on the deck/roof, and administer tanglefoot on the eaves where more bird nests were detected on the roofline. Upon inspection, they noticed some complications with the roof that were causing the issue, and notified me of the necessary repairs.
After the repair, they returned to repeat the treatment at no extra charge, which was exceptional service!

Although Century offers pest control services, I contacted them for their crawl space restoration service. I was dealing with a moisture problem in my crawl space and didn't have any vapor barrier. The team installed their innovative version of a French drain system, set up dehumidifiers, applied vapor barrier, and sealed the loose bricks under my patio steps. Their work was truly astounding!
