This company is absolutely fantastic. I had some serious stains on my couch and was skeptical about whether they could even be removed. However, after evaluating the issue, they confidently assured me that they could be cleaned. To my surprise, the couch looked good as new after they finished the deep cleaning. Additionally, they also cleaned the carpet in my bedroom to a high standard, leaving everything looking superb. I strongly recommend this company, as their quality of work is truly top-notch!

Before the appointment, Micah was prompt in answering any inquiries I had. They arrived within the scheduled time frame and cleaned all six rooms as requested. One of the rooms was heavily trafficked and had some persistent stains that I doubted could be removed. However, Micah and his team surpassed my expectations and removed all the stains thoroughly. As for Micah, he displayed an impressive level of expertise and took the time to walk me through the cleaning process, as well as future maintenance advice. My carpet was cleaned excellently by Chris, who was mindful enough not to let my sneaky cat escape outside. I asked him to clean a couple of extra rooms when he arrived, which I'm sure made his day longer, but he was accommodating and completed the job without hesitation.
