I engaged Vijay, the proprietor, and his team to renovate a part of my basement, which involved constructing a new bathroom and an external entrance. The team was initially responsive and efficient; however, towards the end of the project, Vijay failed to conduct any quality assurance checks, leading to several issues. When I used the new bathroom shower for the first time, it was leaking, and although Vijay addressed the issue, he failed to reinstall the tiles correctly, resulting in cracked grout and loose tiles. Additionally, I reported a loose shower faucet, which was not repaired, and the new laundry room had only one outlet, which didn't meet my requirements. The shower door had been installed with the handles facing the inside of the shower instead of the outside. Lastly, Vijay hired a dumpster company, and when the dumpster was removed, my driveway had sustained severe damage to all four corners. Despite several attempts to contact Vijay, I have not received any confirmation for repair work. Although I believed I had found a reliable contractor for future work and referrals, the negative consequences of poor quality assurance have discouraged me from using this company again. I suggest that homeowners should thoroughly document all the work to be carried out, stay involved in the project regularly, and avoid making significant payments until the work is completed to their satisfaction.

Vijay and his crew have performed admirably and cleaned up as anticipated. He promptly responds with a professional demeanor. His prices are competitive and I will certainly hire him again for future projects.
