Our office is located in Ames. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate same-day appointments for in-home massages, but we may have availability tomorrow. However, we can offer same-day appointments for office visits. We are certified in various massage techniques, including myofascial, sports massage, rotator cuff, sciatica, neck, and more. If you request in advance, we can provide hot stone massages at no extra cost. Please note that we require one week's notice for couples massages performed by two therapists in your home, and we only offer these services on Fridays and Saturdays. When visiting our office, you'll have access to both of us. My partner specializes in low back pain, legs, and hips, while I can perform facials in addition to massages. It's important to note that my partner is not a licensed Esthetician and therefore cannot perform facials.

I had an incredible massage experience! Due to my back issues, I have faced a lot of pressure and pain, but she managed to alleviate them. Surprisingly, my condition has been consistently better for three days post-massage. Additionally, my shoulder underwent replacement, and she was able to ease the tightened muscles. Finally, I've found my ideal massage therapist!

Due to an unexpected emergency, I needed to reschedule my appointment. However, the masseuse was incredibly accommodating and understanding. During the massage, she made sure to inquire about my specific needs and preferences which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a great massage and I will certainly be booking with her again in the future.

I arrived with severe leg cramps but the doctors and medication didn't provide much relief. This lady was able to alleviate the pain by working through the knots in my thighs and calves, although it was a little uncomfortable at times. After the session, I noticed a significant improvement in my balance and overall well-being. I am eager to return for another session soon. The cramps were caused by the severity of the knots, which needed to be worked out first. I highly recommend this place.
