Al's response was prompt and he managed to accommodate me in his busy schedule within a day. When I needed to relocate my exercise equipment, he handled it with utmost care and professionalism. Al responded quickly and offered a fixed rate for my moving needs. However, we chose an alternative moving company which charged hourly and didn't prioritize efficiency, resulting in a high bill. Although I understand the importance of balancing speed and safety, I regret not going with Al's company. I wanted to leave a positive review for Al as I plan to consider them for future moves.
