My name is Craig Dane and I am the owner/operator of CDE Event Bartending. I wanted to thank you for considering our services and for the opportunity to provide a quote for your event.

Our fee includes everything you need to ensure a successful event, including an extra hour of prep time, a portable bar set up if needed, extra coolers/metal bin, a cocktail ice bin, barware tools, cocktail straws and napkins, a trash can, a floor mat, all detailed consultations, and constant clean-up. Please note that the fee does not include client gratuity, which we leave up to you based on your level of satisfaction.

In addition, our fee assumes the use of a guest tip jar. Without one, we charge an additional $15 per hour per bartender.

After the deposit is made, we will provide you with detailed recommendations for all product types, brands, and quantities required for your shopping list. Our bartenders are assigned on a weekly basis leading up to the event and, for liability reasons, our maximum window of service is four hours plus one extra prep/set up hour when serving an open bar.

We caution against choosing a "discount" bartender, as quality service from a dedicated professional is of utmost importance. At CDE Event Bartending, we take your event as seriously as you do and are always committed to providing top-notch service.

To reserve your date, please kindly provide a non-refundable deposit of $75 via my Venmo.com account (CraigDane) or CashApp ($craigdane61) with no additional fees, or via Paypal with a 2.9% fee (payment to my email).

Lastly, if your venue requires liability insurance, we suggest referring to THEEVENTHELPER.COM for reasonably priced one-day rates. Thank you for your consideration and we look forward to serving your event!
