The printer I have been using for two years, the Canon G4210, was on the brink of failure and needed immediate assistance. I was in a state of despair and turned to the internet for a solution, stumbling upon CB Tech. To my amazement, Chris promptly responded, but even more surprising was his timely arrival at my doorstep, as he promised to be there at 9:30 pm. He identified the problem, which was a saturated ink absorber pad (something I had no knowledge of), and resolved it. His solution brought my printer back to life, allowing me to save money for the time being instead of purchasing a new one.
