Pepper had been severely matted due to the lack of grooming during the quarantine, but Cathy did an excellent job transforming her. Pepper was overjoyed to be clean and presentable, and even danced for hours when she returned home. The neighboring little girl was impressed with how beautiful Pepper looked.
