Updated review: After contacting her, she explained that she was on vacation and unable to respond. She kindly provided her phone number in her profile in case I ever need services. I have revised my previous review because I now understand that not only was she on vacation, but professionals like her are charged for responding after the fact. This is an unfair setup that makes it difficult for her to communicate and book clients. However, I appreciate her explanation and will definitely consider booking her in the future.
Old review: Requested a quote two months ago and haven't received a response. Terrible customer service. A simple message would have sufficed.
