We offer catering for various events such as Weddings, Birthday Parties, Quinceanera, Baby Shower, and Engagement Party. Our services range from formal sit-down dinners to more casual buffets. If you have a favorite restaurant or food catering service, we can deliver and plate it all up beautifully or set up the buffet. We also provide appetizers, serve guests, clear tables, and perform a dessert/cake service. Moreover, we ensure that your kitchen or venue is spotless once we're done. Our team consists of up to 10 members, including four licensed bartenders and one photographer. Whether it's a small or large event, we've got you covered!
Our minimum service duration is four hours per server, and we charge a rate of $30 per hour per server. If I'm bartending, I'll suggest a list of required liquor and supplies to avoid overbuying. We offer no charge for travel time unless you're located over an hour away from us, such as in the Villages. In that case, we have to charge an additional gas/travel fee for an extra hour.
We bring extra serving utensils, ice buckets, and platters as needed. To secure your spot, we require a small deposit (a minimum of $20), which is refundable on the day of service but becomes non-refundable if you cancel. You can pay the deposit through Zelle, Cash App, or Stripe on CrackerJack.
As a former flight attendant, I love working with people and handling crowds. With our services, you'll save money, and your guests will be taken care of while you enjoy your party without worrying about serving and cleaning up. If you want to invite guests, we'll handle everything else. For our services, whether you want a formal or informal event, you can always "fly first class" with us.

Hiring Paula was undoubtedly among the smartest choices I made for my gathering. She was an absolute hit among the attendees, catering to their needs by assisting them with their requirements, serving drinks, delivering food, and interacting with everyone. Furthermore, once she was gone, there was hardly any tidying up left to do. All of the dishes were washed, the garbage was removed, and everything was picked up. Catering to Your Needs provided the perfect team for our rehearsal dinner at home. With a guest list of 45, they expertly handled the food service in a buffet style.
