JR McAllister here. I was in a tight spot, needing to cater lunch for 30 people. I got in touch with David five days prior to the lunch and explained my requirements and timeline. After reviewing the menu, I didn't have to worry about a thing. The food arrived 5-10 minutes ahead of schedule and I'm still receiving positive feedback via emails and calls.
