Greetings! I am Stephanie Jacques and I am thrilled to offer my catering and private chef services to you through CrackerJack! Although I am new to the company, I originally hail from Stamford, Connecticut. My culinary adventure began over a decade ago when I pursued culinary arts in London, U.K., and Sydney, AUS. I then spent several years refining my craft at various Michelin-starred restaurants in the San Francisco Bay Area, Napa Valley, and Chicago. My culinary style is best described as adaptable, where I implement classical French techniques with a modernist twist. I believe in precise execution, and there are no shortcuts in the world of fine cuisine. As a perpetual student of food, my focus has always been on freshness, quality, sustainability, seasonality, and the perfect balance of flavors. My passion for food and excellent guest service has led me to the world of private chefs and catering throughout south Florida and beyond.
