Catalyst Animal Behavior and Care
For nearly ten years, I have dedicated myself to working with animals, specializing in behavior modification, adoption counseling, and providing attentive and stimulating care. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with a vast array of animals from diverse species and with varying temperaments, each teaching me invaluable lessons.
Specifically, my work focuses on the rehabilitation of timid, anxious, and fearful animals. Using desensitization and counter-conditioning techniques, I strive to instill confidence and ease within these animals, promoting their ability to interact socially with less fear and anxiety.
In addition, I offer canine massage services, catering to senior pets, timid or anxious animals, and active pets. I use my massage expertise to provide vital support to dogs during the recovery and rehabilitation process following injury.
My training methods are rooted in the “Graded Errorless Approach,” emphasizing positive reinforcement techniques.
Furthermore, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from CU Boulder, a Diploma of Animal Behavior Science and Technology from the Companion Animal Sciences Institute, and certificates in Therapeutic and Senior Canine Massage from the Rocky Mountain School of Animal Acupressure and Massage.
