They showed up 20 minutes before the scheduled time, and completed the job in only three hours despite the destination being an hour away from the starting point. The pickup location assured me that they were extremely cautious and professional. Upon delivery, Jorge and his team were polite, professional, prompt, and incredibly careful with the piano while navigating it up three flights of stairs. They set the piano to my precise specifications and ensured that nothing was damaged or scratched. They were very alert regarding pedestrians on the sidewalk, promptly making room for anyone to pass by. I would recommend Jorge's team to anyone who needs to move an upright piano without hesitation, and I would personally utilize the services of Castro Moving Services again.
