It was surprising to see Carlos visiting my house even before I scheduled a cleaning service, in order to understand how I wanted my house to be cleaned. He captured all the details by taking pictures and notes. His mannerism portrayed his fondness towards his job and he seemed to value not only his clients but his employees as well.
