The culinary skills of Chef Owen were outstanding and his cuisine was incredibly savory! A group of eight women celebrating a bachelorette party in our rental house in Palm Springs were presented with a delicious meal prepared by him. Throughout the planning process, Chef Owen was highly responsive and accommodating. We were thrilled to receive precisely what we desired, delectable Mediterranean/Middle Eastern cuisine, and he conducted himself with promptness and approachability. Working with Chef Owen was an absolute pleasure. He promptly and willingly assisted us throughout the inquiry process, making it all hassle-free. Catering our private dinner for 15 people, Owen was incredibly professional; he arrived early to survey the venue and set up everything independently. At my sister's bachelorette party, Chef Owen executed a spectacular job in serving a plated dinner! We had three vegetarian guests among 12 plates, and he handled it effortlessly. Chef Owen, along with his assistant, conducted themselves very professionally, reaching on time and serving the meal to everyone. In addition to delicious food, they took care of cleaning up, beverage service, and even made coffee to accompany dessert. It was a fantastic experience that everyone relished. We highly suggest Chef Owen's services and look forward to reaching out to him when we're next in the desert!

Chef Owen did an amazing job! His responsiveness and creativity were outstanding! We held a small, intimate dinner party for eight and what I admired the most about him was his fresh and intriguing ideas and recommendations. We enjoyed a five-course meal that included Lobster and Fillet Mignon. And, the Tiramisu was particularly delectable!

Working with A-Meze-INGCATERING was an absolutely fantastic experience. Owen and his team truly went above and beyond.
