I sent a quote to an individual who responded positively, offering to assist me with my project. He suggested Tuesday as a potential visit day and I agreed. We exchanged contact information. However, when Tuesday arrived, I messaged him to verify that our meeting was still on, but he did not reply. It is evident that he is not dedicated to his profession and therefore unprofessional. My advice: do not bother with him.
