Carter Brothers Refrigerator Service

Our purpose for being here is to visit our daughter, son-in-law, and grandson. Unfortunately, the cooling and freezing capabilities of our residential refrigerator in our Motorhome ceased to function properly. After reaching out to RV repair specialists, who refused to work on a residential unit, as well as home appliance companies, who were hesitant to service a Motorhome, we were referred to Carter Brothers. Upon speaking with Chuck, we were able to arrange for a service call and Bill, one of their technicians, arrived promptly and conducted himself with professionalism and personability. Fortunately, they had a serviceman residing on my street, facilitating his swift dispatch. He possessed significant proficiency and appeared to have resolved the issue successfully.

The technician did not appear, and Chuck Carter subsequently fabricated that he attempted to make a phone call. Moreover, he disputed the matter. However, upon my communication with the technician, he verified that he had not been given my phone number and had not phoned me. Dishonest individuals are not reliable sources of information.

Within hours of my phone call, Bill arrived and managed to locate my house despite the difficulty. He devoted a significant amount of time determining the cause of a periodic and intensifying noise which, to our dismay, did not manifest during his entire visit. Nevertheless, Bill demonstrated great patience, politeness, and professionalism, and even replaced a part. As of now, everything appears to be in good working order. I would strongly advise this company.

On the same day of our email, a repair technician was dispatched. He spent ample time explaining the precise issue and advised that the cost of repairing the fridge was excessively high in comparison to getting a new one. I admired his straightforwardness. Furthermore, he shared valuable insights on purchasing a new fridge.
