Carpenter’s Touch Plus

For the past few months, I have been utilizing Melissa Worthen's expertise to restore several old black and white and sepia-toned photos. The quality of work she has produced thus far has exceeded my expectations, and I plan on continuing to use her services for future restoration projects. One particular family photo from 1912 held great sentimental value to us. The original was in sepia with poorly executed color added to the background trees, so I tasked Melissa with restoring and coloring the photo in an authentic manner. She did an exceptional job meticulously researching the era's clothing and colorizing the clothing details to appear as though it were a real colored photograph. I was delighted upon seeing the finished product when I took it to be printed and framed, where even the printer and framer commended the excellent quality of the photo. The printed version looked even better than it did on my computer, and I look forward to seeing the completed framed work next week. I highly recommend Melissa's services. My sister Jan Molloy brought a photo you restored to New Zealand on her recent trip. The photo held immense sentimental value as it was almost 100 years old and included our great grandfather and great grandmother, whom we had never met, and our grandfather, whom we knew but not for long. It was the prized exhibit at our family reunion, and the beautifully framed copy now hangs in our mother's home, bringing warmth to us every time we see it. We found the original in the home of a difficult relative, and it is unlikely we will ever see it again.
