While initially only one leak was found, upon inspection in the attic, two more leaks were found, and it was decided that a new roof was needed. ABJ was the only company that actually inspected the rooftop before providing a competitive quote. They were friendly, informative, and didn't make Steve feel rushed or pressured. They informed him of problems with previous repairs and educated him on new roofing materials. Steve disqualified some of the other companies based on their pushy sales tactics and insistence on using inferior products. ABJ's work was impeccable and they went above and beyond by repairing areas the builder had neglected. A cash discount was available, and Steve would recommend PRIMO COMPANY A++ to others.

The service provider arrived promptly for the scheduled appointment and conducted a thorough examination of the roof to check for signs of damage caused by a potential storm. Fortunately, no damage was detected and the condition of the roof was deemed to be good. It was commendable that the service provider did not push unnecessary products or services during the inspection. Overall, the service was highly professional and I would consider reaching out to them again for any future roof-related concerns.

Arriving ahead of schedule, they immediately began work and could have completed the extensive roof in a single day if the rain hadn't intervened. The next day, they finished the job earlier than expected. They did not demand payment upfront and vanish without a trace.

Today, ABJ accomplished the replacement of my roof. The crew arrived promptly at 7 am and efficiently concluded the project by 1 pm. Their work was impeccable and the clean-up was exceptional. While I hope to never require another roof, I would not hesitate to contact ABJ again if necessary.
