I contacted Carlos about installing our Elfa Closet and was pleased with his attentiveness and punctuality. Carlos and his assistant arrived on time equipped with all the necessary tools and completed the installation. He was highly communicative, respectful, and receptive to suggestions during the whole process. While it appeared that he had not previously installed this closet system, some errors were made initially. However, he promptly addressed my concerns, corrected the mistake, and completed the remainder of the project. I would enthusiastically recommend him to others.

An essential ceiling beam that supported a portion of my three-story house fractured in my garage. Carlos came to the rescue the following day, which happened to be a Saturday. He promptly came up with a quick emergency repair that successfully allayed any concerns of the beam breaking down. The interim support he provided was not only powerful and precisely tensioned, but also capable of keeping the beam secure until a permanent repair could take place. A few days later, my contractor friend dropped by and was extremely impressed with Carlos's excellent handiwork. In my opinion, Carlos is an outstanding professional who is also very cooperative, and I highly recommend him.

Carlos is a diligent and dedicated worker who goes above and beyond to ensure his clients are satisfied. He possesses impressive skills that exceeded what was needed for the tasks he completed for me. Despite this, he did an amazing job at hanging my drapes. Not only that, he assisted me with draining a mini-aquatic pond and even took care of disposing the trash and recycling. He's a fantastic individual, and I highly recommend him.

Despite the job being estimated to take longer, Carlos and his crew finished in just over a week and even worked through rainy weather. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail was exceptional, and they kept the job site impeccably clean.
