My dog received kind treatment from Carla as she was patient when my dog started squirming. I cannot compare Carla's grooming with other groomers since I have not observed them working on my dog.

My cat Milo has moderate anxiety and is quite sensitive to being held or handled. I was aware that it would be challenging for Carla to groom him, given his extremely matted fur. Despite Milo's constant attempts to jump off the grooming table, Carla remained composed and persisted with the grooming process, while I held him down. Her demeanor remained warm and patient towards Milo at all times. Eventually, she succeeded in shaving his entire body without leaving any mats, and I am extremely satisfied with the result. I shall certainly reach out to her again for her grooming services, if needed.

Carla did an excellent job of tending to my lively 16-year-old feline. We managed to hold her in the bathroom sink, given that she weighs only 6 pounds, and it turned out to be a great spot to groom her. Carla expertly clipped her nails, cleaned her ears, and tidied up the fur around her hindquarters.
