Our shower remodel experience with CarifaTile was superb! We encountered a team of professionals, who were courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable in their respective roles. Larry provided us with an estimate and critical information, while Juan and Lio carried out the demolition task exquisitely. Angelo and Johan also ensured that everything was ready for the installation of the new fittings. We found CarifaTile's President, Joe, to be very helpful and a great point person. He visited the site many times during the renovation phase, which gave us peace of mind. Once the installation began, Jack was our point person, and like Joe, offered prompt responses to our inquiries and exceeded our expectations. We cannot wait to collaborate with them again, this time for our kitchen backsplash!

The level of attentiveness and communication displayed by this company was exceptional, from beginning to end. I am overjoyed with the results of the work they completed in both my bathrooms. While there was a minor issue with a single chipped tile, I was pleased to see that it was promptly replaced the following day.
