In a mere 24-hour notice, Caren exceeded all expectations in catering, cooking, serving, and hosting my party of 50+ people. Not only did she create delicious and fresh dishes, but she also presented them beautifully, from hors d'oeuvres to the main course. If possible, I would give her an 11-star rating - her services were that exceptional! I only wish she lived closer so I could rely on her for all my future events. Whenever I need catering services in Las Vegas, there is no doubt that Caren's Concessions and Catering is the best option. I am grateful for all that she did to make my party a smashing success - my guests are still raving about her and her food!

Due to their outstanding performance at our previous event, we approached Caren and Alexis to cater a bigger event this year. They arrived ahead of schedule and were equipped with all necessary materials, including preparation and serving tables. The quality and presentation of the food were impeccable, and there was an abundance of it. Additionally, they thoughtfully provided containers for leftovers. Caren made payment a breeze and even took care of the cleanup before leaving. Caren demonstrated remarkable flexibility and exceeded our expectations. Caren's catering service exceeded all expectations. Not only was I thoroughly impressed, but my guests are still raving about the delicious food. Caren arrived promptly and came fully equipped with everything needed. She even provided more food than what was ordered, which was greatly appreciated and prevented any concerns about running out of food - a necessity with the football players in attendance for my 50th Shindig at the Encore suites. The only downside is that Caren's services are not available in our area of the Inland Empire in California. However, when we return to the area, we will unquestionably be booking Caren's catering services again. Best caterer ever!

The early Thanksgiving meal catered by Caren's Catering was simply amazing and savored by a group of fifteen relatives. We were in awe of the delicious taste of the main course, side dishes, and desserts. It was like having a delightful homemade meal devoid of the pressure of holiday cooking. For our company Christmas party at the office, we requested Caren's Concessions & Catering to provide catering services despite the absence of running water. Impressively, Caren and her assistant arrived hours beforehand and set up an outstanding spread of appetizers and a main course buffet. The guests left feeling satiated, with some even taking home leftover food. Moreover, after the event, Caren and her team quickly cleaned up and packed up, leaving the office spotless.
