ABOUT ME
As an experienced career and executive coach, I have had the pleasure of working with hundreds of Fortune 500 professionals from leading organizations such as Salesforce, Hitachi, Abbott, Walmart, Honeywell, Continental, Halliburton, and Danaher. I've also coached clients from notable startups like Future Matters Project, OnSiteIQ, and Mathias Degardin Tennis Academy.
Having lived, studied, and worked in four different countries, I hold a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from the United States, an M.A. in Strategic HR Management from Spain, and an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Romania. I am also an ICF-certified coach and a regular contributor to leading publications such as Harvard Business Review, Fast Company, Business Insider, Glassdoor, and Thrive Global.
