Initially, I requested an estimate from them and they offered a much better rate than their competitor. Although I was hesitant to proceed with them, given my concerns about the down payment requirement and potential horror stories. (P.S. the down payment is necessary for buying a special door, which requires your commitment.) After researching further, I determined that they were a reputable company and decided to take the plunge. Fortunately, it was a seamless process without any hiccups or stress. They installed the custom door within 1 to 1.5 hours, with no need to touch up the paint around it. It opens without any resistance and is everything that I wanted. Additionally, no cool air is leaking in, making it a perfect fit for my needs. I couldn't be happier with their work and will undoubtedly contact them for my future projects.
