I am ecstatic with the outcome. Despite being only a year old, our carpet bore the brunt of a few unfortunate incidents involving our beloved felines and some accidental food spills. Josh took on the task of deep cleaning all the carpets, as well as the grout in our foyer and kitchen. Much to my surprise, the cleaning process successfully eradicated everything and left the entire house emitting a delightful fragrance. The carpets appear and feel like new once again!
