On May 18th, Melian catered a post-wedding brunch for a group of twelve out-of-towners whom she had corresponded with through email and text. Despite an unexpected arrival of two extra guests, there was an abundance of fresh and delicious food to go around. The tomato feta frittata received rave reviews from the attendees, but personally, I favored the French toast with whipped cream and berries. Melian was accommodating with providing meal options for those who required dairy-free and vegetarian choices.
