Due to the pandemic, the big party had to be postponed so Chef Tom organized a small, intimate 60th birthday lunch for me at my house. The food was incredibly delicious and plentiful, with the appetizers stealing the show. Chef Tom prepared several dishes in my kitchen and brought all necessary supplies to ensure that everything ran smoothly and efficiently. Overall, we were all thrilled with the outcome and I would gladly have Chef Tom cater future events.
