While I was away, I was tasked with arranging a dinner for my team of five. Luckily, Alice from Caponatina Lab was an absolute pleasure to collaborate with right from the start. Her responsiveness and flexibility were top-notch, which I greatly appreciated. All we had to do was select the menu, and she took care of everything else! According to my team, the experience was fantastic, with outstanding food that was both distinct and delectable, and Alice's service was exemplary, with her kindness and willingness to go the extra mile being particularly noteworthy. We would highly recommend Caponatina Lab, and we can't wait to have Alice back at our workplace!

The lasagna was absolutely delightful! The noodles were soft and fluffy, resembling pillows, and the bolognese sauce had just the right combination of hearty meat flavors complemented by the sweetness of the carrots and onions. I particularly enjoyed the sprinkling of Parmigiano cheese on top.

To begin with, the cuisine was phenomenal. Alice provided us with plenty of information regarding the preparation, origin, customs, and different versions of the dishes. We enjoyed it immensely. All in all, it constituted a genuine culinary adventure, akin to dining at a restaurant in Florence or Rome.

Caponatina Lab's cuisine and tastes are remarkable, delectable, mouthwatering, exquisite, and imbued with passion and genuineness. It's like experiencing Italy right in your own household. Coordination with Alice for the meal was effortless, as she demonstrates professionalism, expertise, speed, and reliability. I am delighted to have had the opportunity to relish this delightful Italian gastronomic adventure with my loved ones.
