I am thoroughly pleased with my new walk-in shower which is a top-notch product. The professional work done was exceptional as they left the place immaculate. I would strongly suggest it to others!

The product did not meet our expectations as it differed from what salesman Bob had shown us. The lines on the shower tile were not clearly defined. The installer, Randy, was friendly but there were some inconsistencies in his work. A section of the shower looked crooked but he fixed it with caulk. Sadly, we could not install the vanity due to the unlevel flooring underneath the old one. When removing the old vanity, a pipe broke and caused a huge leak. The pipe was fixed but the drywall on the ceiling underneath was left unrepaired.

Upon meeting with the sales representatives, I was completely convinced that their company was the one for me. Their explanations were clear, they offered helpful catalogs to aid in choosing the right shower assembly, and they negotiated a fair price. When the two-man team from Bath Planet arrived, they informed me of their plan and the expected timeframe with the utmost professionalism, exhibiting compulsory mask-wearing. The completed project that Bath Planet of Richmond delivered to us has left us extremely satisfied. Our remodeled bathroom was once cramped and gloomy, with a bathtub that went unused. Now, with a spacious shower and fresh new flooring, my partner is over the moon with the final result.
