Springfield MO offers an excellent idea: cost-effective training classes and trainers for pay-as-you-go one-on-one sessions! The private training rooms are ideal for undivided attention from your trainer. You may keep your Y family membership and still receive high-quality personal training without dual gym costs. Personally, I have had a wonderful experience so far, and the atmosphere is fantastic. The customers receive a remarkable service!
