From the moment I opened the door, Burtoe emitted an air of excellence. He paid close attention to the issues we were experiencing and made inquiries when necessary. We proceeded to the primary problem bathroom where he carefully examined each fixture to determine the most probable causes of the issue. Despite his thoroughness, he found nothing amiss. He then repeated this process in the second bathroom, also finding nothing unusual. Afterward, he elucidated the probable reason we were experiencing unpleasant odors and recommended purchasing a commercial grade enzyme cleaner for use on all the drains. We have since ordered the cleaner suggested. It's worth noting that this was a $0 evaluation/estimate call. Burtoe advised us that if the smell persisted despite the enzyme treatment, more costly methods would need to be employed, and we would need to call back to arrange it.
