Unlike some big cleaning franchises, we're not interested in rushing in and out just to get the job done. Although the cleaning was great, my biggest concern when booking was the timeframe. Although they were fully booked for my preferred day, they agreed to arrive between 9-10:00 the next day with the understanding that my tenant was arriving at noon, and they should be done or almost finished by then. However, only one person arrived at around 11:20, and the owner or representative later messaged me claiming that the house was in bad condition. I was present during the cleaning, and it was a standard job. I had to do an additional 45 minutes of work myself to prepare for my tenant's arrival. Later, around 3:15, they contacted me to inquire about paying additional fees. Additionally, I found it unusual to pay half of the fee in advance and the rest before the cleaning was completed. I have never encountered this with any other cleaning company before. Consequently, I cannot personally recommend them nor contact them back for another service. Although the cleaner, Anna, was amiable and did an excellent job, poor customer service, and a lack of communication and punctuality rendered the overall experience unsatisfactory.

Arriving promptly, the representative conducted a walkthrough to assess the necessary cleaning tools and inquire about any concerns I might have with the cleaning products. She displayed an exceptional level of attention to detail while carrying out the cleaning, resulting in a spotless ambiance and an invigorating fragrance in every room. Undoubtedly, she did an outstanding job.
