As a journeyman plumber, my goal is to assist those in need of plumbing services. Although I am not a licensed contractor, I am dedicated to being honest and hardworking to leave my customers happy and satisfied. I offer a variety of rates including $600-$900 for kitchen sink replacements (labor only), $300-$500 for bathroom drop-in sinks (labor only), and $225 for sump pump repair or replacement (excluding tri-valley and outside of tri-valley). My services extend to crawl space and excavation repair, new water heater installation, water softener replacement and installation, as well as toilet and faucet installations and replacements. For rough-ins, I charge $150 per hour plus parts, while shower valve repairs require $200 for parts and labor. I also offer drywall repairs for $175 per 2 sq/ft or $225 for 4x8 sheets (excluding tile, flooring patchwork, and restoration). Please note that my prices do not include code up updates.
