Although we had purchased our own toilet for them to install, we ran into a hiccup when a critical piece was missing. Jordan remained patient and helpful, even as we struggled with an unhelpful representative from the manufacturer. He went above and beyond, even visiting Home Depot in search of the missing piece, despite our doubts that they sold it there. Though he was unable to find it, he returned a few days later, and with the newly arrived part, he completed the installation efficiently and professionally. This level of dedication and commitment to customer service makes me highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs!
