During a time of great need, I was fortunate enough to come across Cory from Caliber Construction via a website. With my roof in dire need of repair after being damaged by a strong wind storm, I was in desperate need of assistance. Not only were they prompt and efficient, but they were also completely transparent and provided invaluable assistance throughout the entire insurance claim process. Their team was both friendly and reliable, and I am incredibly pleased with the outstanding service they delivered. Thanks to them, I am now able to rest easy and my home looks better than ever. To fix a minor leakage on my roof, I required some repairs. Cory promptly replied with a personalized message, indicating that he had not copied and pasted the response. He arrived the same day and completed the repairs. He also pointed out and exhibited hail damage that I was unaware of. Cory collaborated with my insurance to achieve the most favourable claim outcome, and he installed the new roof in less time than I anticipated. The roofers arrived punctually and efficiently finished the task in just 7 hours, which is remarkable considering the vast size of my roof!

Simultaneously, we were also having our roof worked on, requiring the workers to navigate both above and below the protective tarps used to catch the debris falling from the roof. They consistently arrived on time, and communication was nothing short of fantastic. In fact, Cory exceeded our expectations of what a contractor should be doing.
