Meet Chef Tootie, a Baton Rouge native and proud Istrouma High School Indian. She attended Northwestern State University and Tarrant College Culinary Arts School, where she developed her culinary expertise. In addition, she is a certified TABC bartender.

Cajun Cravings has been of great help to me, and this marks my third time engaging their services. On this occasion, I enlisted them for an in-home brunch, and I must say, the experience was phenomenal. I don't know where to start! Initially, my spouse and I selected Cajun Cravings to cater our wedding without being able to taste test their menu. We interacted with Tootie who was extremely proficient and that impressed me. On the day of the wedding, I was anxious for the food to be served hot, and I was not disappointed. As we were busy capturing pictures and greeting guests, one of the servers noticed that our plates had become cold and offered to reheat them (fantastic customer service). All the dishes were delicious, but I especially enjoyed the seafood pasta. I cannot find a single flaw with Cajun Cravings as they exceeded my expectations. In the future, anytime I host an event, I will reach out to them without hesitation. Tootie, keep up the fantastic job! 🥰

The service and experience were truly amazing! Chef Tootie's creations were absolutely delicious, and my retirement celebration was a resounding success with over 60 attendees raving about them! The service and ambiance were thoroughly professional, pleasant, and festive, and the food was expertly flavored and seasoned. The team handled the setup and execution seamlessly and expertly. I'm thrilled that I opted for Cajun Cravings for this once-in-a-lifetime military retirement event, and I'd gladly choose them again without any hesitation!!
